Cash Betting Payout Service
To ensure the smooth payout of winning tickets, the Cash Betting Department will provide payout services to customers at the first floor of the Grandstand Building in Taipa Racecourse every Monday to Wednesday (11:30am to 3:30pm) from 2 April 2024 to 30 April 2024.
Account Betting Payout Service
For the convenience of account betting customers, from 2 April until 30 April 2024, every Monday to Wednesday (11:30 am to 3:30 pm), customers can make withdrawals via the following:
1. Call our Customer Service Centre on 8897 1338 to make a withdrawal;
2. Log in to the betting website to make a withdrawal;
3. Apply for a cash withdrawal in person at the first floor of the Grandstanding Building of the Taipa Racecourse.
Starting from 1 May 2024 our club’s betting website will cease to operate. If the customer has not withdrawn the balance, the balance will be automatically transferred to the registered bank account. For customers who have not registered with a bank, the company will notify them by SMS, e-mail and publish an announcement on the MJC's website. Customer can call the Customer Service Centre at 8897 1338 during office hours to make an appointment and collect the cheque on the first floor of the Administration Building of the Taipa Racecourse five banking days later.
